As the business continues to evolve, they are seeking a Corporate Controller to join their finance leadership team in Vancouver.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced CPA to take on a highly visible role with broad exposure across a sophisticated multi-entity environment. The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leadership while overseeing corporate accounting, financial reporting, treasury, lender reporting, audits, and financial controls.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead the corporate accounting and financial reporting function across multiple entities
Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Manage consolidations, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting
Oversee cash flow management, treasury activities, and lender reporting
Lead year-end audits and coordinate with external advisors
Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting processes
Mentor and develop members of the accounting team
Support strategic initiatives and special projects across the organization

What We're Looking For
CPA designation
Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
Strong background in multi-entity and consolidated reporting environments
Experience with treasury, cash management, audits, and financial controls
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial business environment
Experience within private equity,



holding companies, real estate, infrastructure, investment management, or diversified operating businesses is considered a strong asset
