We're looking for a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to join our team.

This position combines customer service, sales support, product research, quoting, and e-commerce. We sell IT equipment.

You do not need previous industry experience. However, you must be comfortable with technology and technical products, able to understand product specifications, and willing to learn how different products and configurations work.

A large part of the role involves helping customers determine what they need, preparing quotes, answering questions by phone and email, and creating accurate product listings for eBay, Amazon, and our website.

What You Will Do

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Help customers identify suitable products based on their requirements.
- Prepare quotes and follow up with customers.
- Process customer orders. (send invoices, accept payment, etc)
- Research products, specifications, compatibility,
- Create and maintain product listings on eBay, Amazon, our website.
- Add and update products, specifications, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Communicate with customers regarding availability, shipping, orders, and product questions.




- Work with team to confirm inventory and order requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer, product, and order information.
- Assist with sales, customer service, and e-commerce tasks as required.

What We Are Looking For

Experience is helpful:

- Customer service or inside sales.
- IT hardware, electronics, electrical equipment, or other technical products.
- eBay, Amazon Seller Central.
- E-commerce product listings.
- Magento or other e-commerce platforms.
- Preparing customer quotes or sales orders.
- Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar business software.
- PayPal / Ebay / Google/ YouTube / etc.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
