Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our network in Fort Saskatchewan. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facility. This is a subcontract position.
5 days a week. Monday to Friday : Start anytime after 6:00 PM (evening)
Position takes approximately 6 hours to finish for 1 person.
Additional work available during snow season
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Empty trash and clean as needed
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, horizontal and vertical surfaces
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to contractor
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Ability to perform physical tasks as required
Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment considered an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Must have reliable transportation
Police security clearance is required
