What You’ll Be Doing

As a Solar Appointment Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact between homeowners and the exciting world of renewable energy.

Your mission is simple: spark conversations, create interest, and help homeowners discover how solar could benefit them.

You’ll:

- Connect with homeowners throughout Halifax and surrounding communities.
- Introduce homeowners to the benefits of solar energy and massive electricity savings.
- Offer free solar assessments and schedule consultations with our experienced Solar Experts.
- Help collect basic property information to prepare personalized solar proposals.
- Work alongside a supportive, energetic team that’s committed to growing together.
- Participate in regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and hands-on training.

The best part? You don’t need to be a solar expert or close complicated sales. Your role is simply to open conversations and create opportunities. Our experienced specialists handle the technical presentations and sales consultations!

Previous sales experience is an asset, but absolutely not required!





A driver’s licence and access to a vehicle are helpful but not mandatory.

A Few Things to Know

We believe in being transparent about the opportunity so you know exactly what to expect.

- Position: Full-time, independent contractor.
- Compensation: 100% performance-based commission.
- Commission structure: starting at $0.20 per watt on qualifying funded installations (For reference, Avg system size in HRM: 13.2KW)
- Work environment: Primarily outdoors, engaging directly with homeowners through neighbourhood outreach, including door-to-door conversations, but not exclusively.
- Schedule: Begins with team training at 12pm, followed by afternoon and evening outreach activities. All mornings are off!
- Location: Halifax Regional Municipality and surrounding communities.
