Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Lactation Consultant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert breastfeeding support and guidance to new mothers, ensuring the best care for both mother and baby.

Duties:
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with new mothers to assist with breastfeeding challenges
- Educate mothers on proper breastfeeding techniques and positions
- Evaluate infants for proper latch and feeding
- Develop personalized feeding plans for each mother-baby pair
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to address complex breastfeeding issues
- Maintain accurate records of consultations and progress

Qualifications:
- Experience in lactation consulting
- Strong knowledge of patient care practices
- Experience working with infants and children
- Ability to provide compassionate care to mothers

Preferred Skills:
- Background in pediatrics or neonatal care
- Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese
