We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Front Counter Sales & Service Advisor to join our Calgary team.

Position Overview

As a Front Counter Sales & Service Advisor, you will assist customers with their tire and automotive service needs, recommend products and services, prepare quotes, and coordinate work with our service technicians.

We are looking for someone who already understands the tire and automotive industry, enjoys working with people, and has strong sales and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Recommend and sell passenger, SUV, light truck, and winter tires.
- Provide accurate tire and automotive service quotes.
- Assist customers with tire selection, sizing, and product comparisons.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate work with the shop.
- Explain recommended automotive repairs and maintenance services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Process customer invoices, payments, and work orders.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the tire or automotive industry is required.
- Experience in tire sales, automotive parts,



or automotive service advising is strongly preferred.
- Good knowledge of tire brands, sizes, applications, and seasonal tire requirements.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during seasonal tire changeovers.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.

Compensation & Benefits

- $22.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
