Planet Services Group is looking for a reliable, responsible, and experienced Cleaning Team Leader to lead and support our cleaning teams across multiple sites in Kelowna, BC.

YOUR ROLE:
As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising cleaning teams and ensuring our sites are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise cleaning teams across multiple sites
Coordinate daily cleaning activities and staff schedules
Ensure cleaning tasks are completed properly and on time
Inspect sites and maintain quality standards
Train and support team members
Communicate with clients and address site concerns
Ensure employees follow company policies and safety procedures
Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment, and site requirements
Report any issues or concerns to management
Help create a positive and respectful team environment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Previous cleaning or janitorial experience
Previous supervisory/team leader experience is an asset
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable and organized
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
Ability to work independently and make decisions
Positive and respectful attitude
Commitment to safety and excellent service
Valid driver's licence is an asset
