Overview

As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you’ll welcome customers, support purchases, and help keep the sales floor organized. You’ll use POS systems, handle transactions accurately, and provide explicit product information, including demonstrations when appropriate. Your impact: helpful service and accurate checkout make shopping easier for customers and support smooth teamwork.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers, answer questions, and recommend products through attentive customer service and retail sales.
- Process purchases using POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and basic math; maintain accuracy and follow store procedures.
- Demonstrate products, support technology sales, and use appropriate upselling to help customers choose suitable options.
- Assist with merchandising, keep displays orderly,



and manage tasks with effective time management and organization.

Qualifications

Required: Clear communication, customer service, basic math, and the ability to handle cash and use POS technology accurately are essential. English proficiency and professional phone etiquette support helpful customer interactions. Preferred: Retail sales or technical sales experience, product demonstration skills, and bilingual or multilingual communication are valuable strengths for serving a diverse customer base.

Pay: $17.00-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 45.0 per week
