Bread & Supply is opening soon, and we’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead the way. We’re a neighbourhood bakery, market, retail pantry items, and grab-and-go lunch spot, so no two days look the same.
Responsiblities:
- Training and development of all Front of House staff
- Full knowledge of the menu
- Works closely with staff to ensure all areas of the restaurant are up to Bread & Supply's standards
- Communicating with staff regarding positive/constructive reinforcement of performance
- Responsible for overall operations of the restaurant
- Always dedicated to the guest experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years experience in a management/supervisor role
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a restaurant/food service/ retail
- Serve It Right
- Ability to work well with a team
- Self-motivated and shows initiative
