Job Summary & Purpose

Character Trades Group offers management for our operating companies, including Greenlawn, Boreco, and Limitless Landscaping. Our company culture offers a blend of a relaxed, casual environment coupled with focussed goals and objectives to achieve on a weekly basis.

The primary focus of the position is supporting our payroll. Additional responsibilities will include management of accounts payable & receivable transactions, as well as select administrative responsibilities.

Job Specifications (tasks, duties, & responsibilities - TDRs)

40% - Data entry and review to support payroll with our payroll partner

30% - Data entry and review to support accounts payable financial transactions

20% - Assisting the Administration group with customer support

10% - Contribute to ongoing A/R and Payroll projects under the direction of the Finance Manager

-accounting education or equivalent industry experience
-experience in Quickbooks is vital
