Job Summary

The Junior Millwright supports secure, reliable equipment operation through hands-on industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment. This role combines mechanical and electrical troubleshooting with preventive maintenance, repairs, and clear communication with colleagues.

Duties

- Inspect, maintain, and repair production equipment; analyze issues and follow schematics to identify mechanical or electrical faults.
- Assist with programmable logic controllers, low-voltage systems, HVAC, boilers, and welding tasks, escalating complex work appropriately.
- Record inspections, work orders, and completed repairs in the CMMS, keeping maintenance information accurate and useful.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance colleagues to plan work and return equipment to service. Your impact: timely,

Experience

Required: Practical mechanical knowledge, industrial maintenance capability, ability to interpret schematics, and clear English communication support safe repairs and accurate records. Preferred: Industrial electrician experience, electrical experience, and familiarity with programmable logic controllers, CMMS, HVAC, welding, boilers, manufacturing, customer service, and analysis skills are valuable strengths for this role.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
