We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Manager to join our leadership team in (Verner/Sudbury), Ontario.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this key leadership position will play an integral role in advancing strategic initiatives, supporting organizational growth, improving operational effectiveness, and assisting senior management and the Board of Directors in achieving long-term business objectives.

What You'll Do

- Lead and coordinate strategic projects across the organization
- Support capital investments, facility developments, and business expansions
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business planning
- Develop executive dashboards and performance reporting systems
- Support governance, Board reporting, and policy initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies
- Coordinate cross-department initiatives and organizational priorities
- Support risk management and compliance activities

What We're Looking For

- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field
- MBA preferred
- 5+ years of management or business leadership experience
- Strong financial and analytical skills




- French-language proficiency preferred
- Proven project management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in agriculture, energy, retail, logistics, manufacturing, or cooperative organizations is considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Range of $95 000.00 to $130 000.00 annually.
