Overview

As a Cashier, you’ll support customers through accurate, friendly checkout service and help keep daily retail operations organized. You’ll use POS technology, communicate clearly, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities

- Process purchases and payments using POS systems, handle cash accurately, and apply basic math to verify transactions.
- Assist customers with product questions, demonstrate products, and use thoughtful upselling to support their needs.
- Help maintain merchandising displays, keep the checkout area organized, and manage tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Use professional phone etiquette and coordinate with colleagues to keep service moving smoothly.

Experience

Required: Transparent communication, customer service,



cashiering, cash handling, POS skills, basic math, organization, and time management support accurate transactions and attentive service. English proficiency helps you assist customers and coordinate with colleagues.

Preferred: Retail sales, sales, technology sales, product demonstrations, upselling, merchandising, and technical sales experience can strengthen customer support. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are valuable when serving customers who speak different languages.

Pay: From $16.60 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
