Byma's Tire & Auto in Kitchener, is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Automotive Service Advisor to join their family-owned team. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience and serves as the vital communications hub connecting the shop's tower operator directly with clients. Candidates must possess deep automotive industry knowledge, strong computer skills, a valid driver's license, and an enthusiastic approach to customer service.

Core Responsibilities

- Client Communication: Act as the primary face of the business, translating customer expectations and service needs directly to the tower operator.
- Customer Experience: Enhance customer satisfaction through superior teamwork, active updates, and clear, transparent discussions regarding necessary repairs.
