Duties
- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Engage with clients to understand their desired looks and offer expert recommendations on styles and products
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure safety and hygiene
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client results and boost sales
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments
- Communicate clearly with clients throughout their service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Assist in maintaining a vibrant salon atmosphere by supporting team members and contributing to overall cleanliness

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years experience.
- Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, or related beauty services preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates

- Excellent communication skills to effectively discuss styles, products, and services with clients
