Job Description

In this role, you will work as part of our VerifiedTM data management team that is entrusted with ensuring that university and college students are successfully cleared to enter into professional practice and/or clinical field placement. This compliance check is a crucial step in each student's post-secondary journey. Each student is required to upload their required documentation to their VerifiedTM account. As a data management team member, you must review the student documentation, ensure they meet their school’s requirements, and code the necessary values into the VerifiedTM platform. The areas of documentation that are reviewed are:

- Certifications
- Immunizations
- Interpretation of Serological Testing
- Training/Modules

Key Responsibilities:

- Reviewing both English and French compliance documentation accurately and promptly
- Providing written communication in both English and French to students
- Accurately entering detailed information into the VerifiedTM system




- Providing feedback to the Data Management team on program efficiency and improvements
- Maintaining privacy and confidentiality of student information at all times.
- Translating documents from French to English as needed

Candidates Must Have the following:

● Canadian French as a primary or secondary language (Written and Spoken) - Certification or other proof may be required

● Previous Working Experience in healthcare as a Nurse, Physician, Physician Assistant, PSW, Paramedic.

● Availability to work on weekdays, weeknights, as per company requirements

● Minimum of 1-year experience in the area of expertise

● Access to a work-from-home workspace that is secure and not-public

Key Considerations:

● You will have attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to assist and learn.

Pay Rate: $25 per hour (paid per file completed)
