Our client is seeking a Pharmacist Manager to oversee pharmacy operations and provide clinical care to seniors in residential settings.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure protected, efficient prescription services.
- Lead, coach and support pharmacy staff.
- Provide patient counselling and medication reviews.
- Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Build relationships with seniors’ residences and coordinate clinical services.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with professional standards.
- Manage inventory and promote medication safety.
- Work with the Pharmacist Owner to improve pharmacy services and team performance.
Requirements
- Pharmacy degree and valid licence to practise in Ontario.
- Minimum of five years of pharmacy experience.
- Management or supervisory experience is an asset.
- Interest in clinical pharmacy and long-term care.
- Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
- Sound clinical judgement and a patient-focused approach.
- Experience with Kroll is an asset.
