We are seeking a knowledgeable, hands-on Service Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our service department. This role is ideal for an experienced, organized, and motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maximizing productivity and efficiency.

Position Summary:

The Service Manager is responsible for supervising all aspects of service operations, including workflow management, technician performance, customer communication, vendor coordination, and support for special events. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities: Service Department Oversight

- Lead, manage, and support the daily activities of the service department
- Develop service schedules and workflows to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction
- Ensure high-quality workmanship on all repairs, maintenance, and upgrades
- Monitor technician performance and provide coaching to improve efficiency

Customer Service & Communication

- Maintain strong customer relationships through timely updates and clear communication




- Address customer concerns and resolve service-related issues professionally and efficiently

Event & Show Support

- Assist with preparation for local and regional shows or promotional events
- Coordinate service-related logistics and support for on-site event operations

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in service management, preferably in RV.
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and occasional travel for events
- Valid driver’s license
