Job Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Lifeguard to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about water safety, has strong swimming skills, and is committed to ensuring a secure and enjoyable environment for all pool patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor swimmers and pool areas to ensure the safety of all participants.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies or incidents in and around the pool.
- Enforce pool rules and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pool environment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patrons
- Possibility of teaching a few swimming lessons throughout the day
Qualifications:
- National Lifeguard certification.
- Strong swimming skills and water rescue knowledge.
- Excellent communication(frech and english) and interpersonal skills.
- Alert, responsible, and able to work with individuals of all ages.
- Previous lifeguard experience is a plus, but not required.
- Swim Instructor certification ( asset - not required)
Pay: $17.96-$22.22 per hour
Work Location: In person
