A leader in Duty Free is looking for a full time permanent Sales Associate Team Leader with a starting wage rate at $15 per hour. The position is at the Peace Arch Duty Free Shop at the Peace Arch Border Crossing.
The successful applicant will be available for work with flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Candidates must be fluent in English, and have a valid driver's licenceand their own reliable vehicle(there is no public transportation to the job site at the border).
This is a leadership role that requires patience, solid decision making skills, the ability to follow instruction from senior management and implement sales strategies to the sales team in a professional manner.
The successful candidate must present themself in a manner befitting an internationally known luxury duty free shop, and must set an example to other staff in this regard.
Experience in a retail supervisory position is required, and the successful applicant will work well with others, be encouraging and supportive to fellow staff members in order to meet and exceed obligatory monthly sales goals.
