About the Role
Restmark Renovations is hiring a reliable, experienced and versatile skilled tradesperson for residential kitchen, bathroom, basement and interior renovation projects. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, can complete a wide range of tasks independently, and works professionally with homeowners and teammates.

Responsibilities
-Complete renovation work from demolition and preparation through installation and finishing.
-Perform framing, drywall, taping, mudding, sanding and painting.
-Install tile, luxury vinyl plank, laminate and other flooring systems.
-Install interior doors, trim, baseboards, casings and finish carpentry.
-Assist with or perform cabinetry, vanities, shelving and fixture installation within qualifications.
-Measure, cut and install materials accurately; interpret plans and instructions.
-Identify site issues, communicate solutions and maintain quality standards.
-Keep work areas protected, organized and protected; maintain a professional presence in clients’ homes.

Qualifications
-3–5 years of hands-on residential renovation experience preferred; equivalent demonstrated skills
considered.
-Broad experience across carpentry, drywall, flooring, tiling and finishing.
-Ability to work independently, follow schedules and cooperate with a team.
-Reliable transportation to assigned job sites is required.




-Comfortable using hand tools and power tools safely.
-Dependable attendance, strong attention to detail and clear communication.
-Physically able to carry materials and perform typical construction work safely.
-Available for full-time weekday work and occasional weekend projects.

Assets

-Experience leading smaller projects or mentoring labourers.
-Work at Heights or other relevant safety training.
