Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter & Business Development professional to join our team. This role combines talent acquisition with strategic business growth initiatives, requiring a proactive approach to sourcing top talent and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, project management expertise, and a solid understanding of marketing and customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce. Responsibilities

- Identify, attract, and recruit qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening resumes to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand our client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote our brand and recruitment services across multiple platforms.
- Negotiate terms of agreements with clients and candidates to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Coordinate projects related to talent acquisition campaigns and business outreach efforts, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

- Proven experience in recruitment, sales,



or business development roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to talent acquisition and client engagement.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for customer relationship management.
- Ability to develop strategic plans for business expansion and talent sourcing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving targets and driving company success.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
