Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be actively involved in both customer service and daily store operations.

1. Customer Service & Checkout

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, skilled customer service.
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions.
- Operate the OLG lottery checkout system and assist customers with lottery transactions, subject to applicable training and authorization.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.

2. Electronics & Technology Sales

- Develop a positive understanding of AI-powered products, robotics, electronics, gadgets, and accessories.
- Explain product features, specifications, benefits,



and usage to customers.
- Demonstrate products and help customers identify suitable solutions.
- Stay informed about new technologies, electronics, and emerging market trends.
- Help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

3. Marketing & Sales

- Actively promote and market products available in the store.
- Communicate product benefits and highlight key features.
- Assist with promotional displays, product presentations, and in-store marketing.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
- Support promotional campaigns and special offers.

4. Store Operations

- Participate actively in daily store operations.
- Receive, organize, display and replenish merchandise.
- Maintain attractive product displays and organized shelves.
- Monitor inventory and report low-stock items.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures when assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, Electronics and Technology.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.




- Confidence in explaining and demonstrating products.
- Marketing, sales, and product-promotion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and professional work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and actively participate in all store activities.

Previous retail, cashier, electronics sales, or customer service experience is an asset. However, enthusiastic candidates with a strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
