Experienced Cabinetmaker – $28–$35/hr + extended health & dental. High-end custom millwork for luxury homes in the Lower Mainland.

Arc & Oak Millwork builds high-end custom cabinetry and architectural millwork for luxury custom homes across the Lower Mainland. No box cabinets – every project is one-of-a-kind. We're a small, tight team that cares about craftsmanship, and we're growing.

We're looking for a skilled cabinetmaker who takes pride in their work and wants to build at the top end of the market. CNC and spray finishing experience is a strong asset – if you can work across the shop, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

- Build and assemble high-end custom cabinetry and architectural millwork from shop drawings
- Run the CNC – loading, nesting, part handling (if experienced)
- Prep and spray finishes – lacquer, paint, stains (if experienced)
- Edgebanding, drilling, and machine work
- Check your own work to a high standard before it leaves the shop
- Help train and support newer team members as we grow

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of cabinetmaking or millwork shop experience




- Able to read shop drawings and work to tight tolerances
- Detail-oriented – high-end work means no shortcuts
- CNC and/or spray finishing experience is a strong asset
- Reliable, self-directed, and takes ownership of quality
- Reliable transportation to Surrey
