About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support team member to assist with daily customer communication and support our sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers while also handling order processing and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product information, pricing, and order updates to customers
- Support order processing (order desk), including order entry, tracking, and coordination
- Assist the sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and customer communication
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Handle general administrative and customer service tasks as needed

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with CRM or order management systems is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Education:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- B2B sales: 2 years (preferred)
- LED lighting experience is preferred: 1 year (preferred)
