We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join a busy distribution and warehouse operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, processing customer orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting daily distribution activities.

This position requires robust organizational and computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in shipping and receiving, order processing, and warehouse distribution.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate outgoing shipments and ensure customer orders are accurately prepared and dispatched on time.
- Process customer orders, shipping documents, and inventory transactions using computer-based systems.
- Respond to incoming phone calls and assist with customer and delivery inquiries.
- Coordinate and communicate with drivers, dispatch, warehouse personnel, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of shipments.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as required.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments when needed.




- Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and deadlines are met in a high-volume distribution environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving, preferably within a distribution centre or warehouse environment.
- Solid computer skills, including experience with order processing and warehouse documentation systems.
- Previous experience with dispatch coordination or shipment scheduling is an asset.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Forklift experience is considered an asset.

Pay Rate: $24.00–$24.45 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
