Job Summary

As an OMVIC Salesperson, build trusted customer relationships and support sales from initial conversation through completed transaction. Use clear communication, organized follow-up, and sound judgment to understand customer needs and present suitable options. Your impact: thoughtful guidance helps customers make informed decisions and enables colleagues to coordinate a smooth sales process.

Duties

- Develop and manage a sales pipeline through customer outreach, outside sales, and timely follow-up with individual and B2B prospects.
- Present vehicles and related offerings, explain features clearly, negotiate terms, and identify appropriate opportunities for upselling and high-end sales.
- Maintain accurate sales records, coordinate sales support, and work with colleagues on sales management, marketing, and customer service activities.
- Communicate professionally in person and by phone,



using strong phone etiquette and multilingual or bilingual abilities, including either or all of Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, Punjabi, Chinese where applicable.

Qualifications

Required: OMVIC Salesperson Certificate is a must, Transparent communication, customer service, organizational skills, and practical math skills to explain options, negotiate, and maintain accurate sales records. Preferred: Dealership experience, retail sales or B2B sales experience, and strengths in outside sales, sales pipeline management, sales support, marketing, or multilingual communication is an asset.

Pay: $3,500.00-$12,000.00 per month
