Job Overview

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), provide attentive, respectful nursing care, support patients’ daily health needs, and communicate observations to the care team. Adapt your approach to each patient’s condition, preferences, and care plan.

Responsibilities

- Deliver patient care, administer medications, monitor responses, and document care accurately.
- Support wellness care services such as Ultrasound waves therapy, infrared/Red light.
- Assist with phlebotomy, laboratory tasks, and care coordination; use medical terminology and electronic records such as Medaccess and Jane.
- Supporting Nurse Practitioners in the delivery of weightloss, menopause, men's health specific services.
- Triaging patient calls, booking patients, taking payment through our Jane services, and cleaning duties.




- Provide appropriate support in primary care setting serving children, including pediatrics, and collaborate with colleagues on timely care decisions.

Skills
Required: Practical nursing, patient care, medication administration, clear documentation, and communication skills support safe, coordinated care, phlebotomy skills, vital signs and patient education.

Must be actively Licensed and in positive standing with CLPNS.

Must obtain CNPS extended liability insurance upon acceptance of the position.

Pay: $32.00-$37.00 per hour
