Policy & Research Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Policy & Research Analyst to support policy development, strategic planning, and research initiatives within a mission-driven organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing complex issues, developing practical recommendations, and turning research into meaningful action.

Key Responsibilities

- Research, analyze, and develop policies, procedures, and recommendations to support organizational objectives.
- Conduct policy, legislative, and environmental scans, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare reports, briefing notes, presentations, and other communication materials for leadership and stakeholders.
- Support strategic and operational planning initiatives, including performance measurement and KPI analysis.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, build consensus, and support decision-making.

Qualifications

- Post-secondary education in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 2-4+ years of experience in policy research, analysis, or a related role
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Experience preparing reports, briefing materials, or public-facing communications.




- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with data analysis or research tools is considered an asset.
