Job Summary

Financial Services Advisor We are seeking a dynamic, target-oriented Financial Services Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will proactively connect with clients to understand their financial needs and deliver tailored solutions spanning life insurance and investments, and other insurance products. This position features a strong emphasis on business development and meeting monthly sales targets to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Business Development: Actively identify, prospect, and close recent business opportunities to consistently meet and exceed established monthly sales targets for investments, lending, and insurance products.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by conducting comprehensive financial needs analyses and offering tailored advice.
- Product Advice: Provide expert guidance on basic retail banking products, mutual funds, and life insurance solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere strictly to industry regulations,



provincial guidelines, and internal policies to ensure all transactions are compliant and ethical. Sales Targets & Performance Expectations
- Achieves specific monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas across key product lines (e.g., mutual fund assets under management, current lending volumes, and insurance premium targets).

Job Requirements

Legal Work Authorization (Mandatory)

- Must be a Permanent Resident or Applied Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen

Licensing & Qualifications

- Must possess a valid Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) certification, OR be highly motivated and willing to complete the LLQP licensing
- Focuses on outbound prospecting, client discovery meetings, and generating high-quality referrals to build a healthy sales pipeline.

Pay: $41,600.00-$60,000.00 per year
