We are seeking a dependable Factory Worker to support daily production operations in a manufacturing workplace. The role involves assembling products, handling materials, and keeping work areas safe and organized. Training may be provided for site-specific procedures and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Operate production equipment and use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Move, stage, and organize materials and finished goods within the production or warehouse area.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and inventory tasks as needed.
- Operate a forklift when authorized and trained.
- Inspect products and materials for defects, and report quality or equipment concerns.
- Keep workstations clean and follow workplace safety procedures.
- Work cooperatively with production and warehouse teams to meet daily workflow needs.
Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work is helpful.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
- Forklift experience is an advantage; required certification or authorization may depend on the role.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to identify equipment or product issues.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safe work practices.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Pay: $17.60-$27.86 per hour
