Overview

The Resident Construction Manager coordinates on-site construction activities, monitors progress, and supports safe, organized project delivery. This role connects field teams with project stakeholders, helping keep work aligned with plans, schedules, and project priorities.

Duties

- Coordinate daily site activities, communicate priorities, and track progress against project schedules.
- Review blueprints and schematics, identify field questions, and coordinate timely resolution with relevant teams.
- Support construction estimating, project management, and documentation using construction management software.

Qualifications

Required:



Practical project management and time management skills, construction experience, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics are important for coordinating field work and tracking schedules. Preferred: Familiarity with construction management software, including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, or HeavyBid, and experience with construction estimating can support effective project coordination and documentation.

Pay: $65,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
