Duties:
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to designated locations
- Follow the most effective routes for timely delivery
- Scan, organize and load packages into the delivery vehicle
- Handle heavy or oversized items
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain delivery protocol, including proper attachments, calling customers and marking of tasks
Requirements:
- Flexible schedule (not a 9-5 position)
- Valid Candian class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a courier driver or in a similar role
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 100 pounds), But mostly will be small packages.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines

-own cargo van.
