Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the crew
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to team members
- Coordinate with clients and project managers to meet expectations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and time logs
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in winter grounds maintenance
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Prior experience in winter plowing
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members
- G License is mandatory
