Job Summary

The Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent supports overnight hotel operations by welcoming guests, managing front desk requests, and completing accurate night audit records. This role combines attentive guest services with dependable administrative work, helping ensure a smooth handoff to colleagues and a comfortable stay for guests.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and respond to questions with professional customer service and strong phone etiquette.
- Handle front desk inquiries using multi-line phone systems, route requests appropriately, and maintain explicit, accurate guest and shift records.
- Complete overnight audit tasks, review relevant transactions for accuracy, and share important updates with the incoming team.

Requirements

Required: Clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to provide courteous guest services while handling front desk tasks and maintaining accurate records. Preferred: Hotel experience, hospitality knowledge, and bilingual or multilingual communication skills that help serve guests with varied language needs. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and customer service practices is an advantage.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34.0 – 40.0 per week
