Digital Justice Program

Scope The Client's Technology Services team, within the Client's Courts organization, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to work on the design, implementation, and program development plans for various projects within the technology delivery space.





Services and project deliverables should evolve as the work progresses in response to emerging user and business needs, as well as design and technical opportunities. The following must be delivered iteratively over the course of the project:

Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on digital delivery, agile product development, and corresponding organizational transformation.

Assess and develop initiatives to grow and cultivate digital capability, capacity, and culture from the perspective of service transformation.

Advise, coach, and lead product and platform teams throughout project lifecycles, from initial discovery and concept to production and continuous improvement.

Advise and coach executive leadership teams on change to enable transformation in areas such as organizational structure, governance, capacity building, policy, infrastructure, and culture.

Create and present options, frameworks, models, and briefings for senior executives regarding digital transformation, based on best and emerging practices and principles.

Facilitate strategic conversations to develop a shared understanding and generate options for decision-making to align diverse stakeholder interests and goals.

Develop baseline and ongoing outcomes, key results, metrics, and other indicators.

Work with the Client to determine changes to services and materials as required.





Duties and Responsibilities The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating and implementing projects within the Digital Justice Program. The role oversees all aspects of the program, builds an effective operating environment, defines project objectives, scope, and guiding principles, conducts comprehensive program analysis, and monitors and summarizes project progress.

The resource will build and maintain working relationships with court stakeholders, project vendors, and relevant client departments and prepare management reports regarding project status.

Key responsibilities include:

Compile program charters and business/project plans with transparent objectives and expected outcomes. Identify suitable approaches for developing deliverables and work products to ensure business objectives and data integrity are achieved.

Manage projects that document business requirements and design and deliver IT solutions compliant with and contributing to the organization's enterprise architecture.

Assist in developing recommendations, including resource requirements, dependencies, interdependencies, policy implications relating to internal and external influences, and the methodology to be applied.

Produce and package deliverables for presentation to internal support teams, steering committees, and other project stakeholders.

Manage multiple tasks, project resources, and project governance.

Conduct consultations with key internal court stakeholders and the Client's justice-sector stakeholders.

Work with project vendors to ensure effective project
