We welcome applicants with experience in reception, hospitality, retail, administration, or other customer service roles. Veterinary experience is an asset, but we will consider entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

What you’ll do

- Welcome clients and their pets and provide friendly, professional service.
- Answer calls and messages, schedule appointments, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Keep client and patient records accurate and relay information to the veterinary team.
- Process payments and assist with daily opening, closing, and reception duties.
- Support clients through sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.
- Help keep the reception area clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Learn additional clinic support duties through training and appropriate supervision, including assistance with laboratory and treatment-area workflows.
- Help cover colleagues’ time off, with scheduling coordinated by the team.
