Wholeheart is looking for a creative, motivated Content & Social Media Coordinator to help develop, launch, and grow a new digital media channel focused on stocks, investing, and financial education.

We're looking for someone who understands what makes content engaging across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Reddit, but who also enjoys learning about companies, following financial markets, and exploring investing.

Our goal is to make investing more engaging, entertaining, and accessible, combining financial education with creativity, personality, and humour.

This is an opportunity to help build a new media brand from the ground up, contributing to its content strategy, creative direction, and audience growth.

About Wholeheart

Wholeheart is a Toronto-based production and talent management company developing original programming and digital content.

We produce Breaking Bread with BeardOh, a celebrity dining and interview series featuring guests including Yung Gravy, Steph Tolev, Ari Kytsya, and more.

We're now developing a new financial media channel, beginning with short-form educational and informational videos, with plans to expand into podcasts, interviews, and longer-form original programming.

The successful candidate will primarily support the development and growth of this new channel, with opportunities to contribute to Breaking Bread with BeardOh and other Wholeheart productions.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Research

- Research stocks, publicly traded companies, financial markets, and investing topics to identify content opportunities.
- Assist with writing video scripts, social media copy, captions, headlines, and creative hooks.
- Brainstorm engaging, educational, and humorous content ideas.
- Help develop content for short-form videos, podcasts, interviews, and other original programming.

Social Media Management & Growth





- Assist in developing and executing social media and audience growth strategies.
- Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and platform-specific content.
- Support community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, Substack, and emerging platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, creators, and relevant financial conversations.
- Track performance analytics and recommend opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.

Creative Collaboration

- Collaborate with our production team to develop and execute content ideas.
- Contribute creative concepts that make financial education entertaining and accessible.
- Support social media initiatives for other Wholeheart productions.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Strong Social Media Instincts

- You genuinely live and breathe social media.
- You understand platform trends, content formats, audience engagement, and what drives growth.
- You have experience creating, managing, or growing social media accounts, communities, or digital projects.

2. A Genuine Interest in Stocks, Investing & Finance

- You enjoy learning about investing, researching companies, and following financial markets.
- You have an interest in making financial topics easier to understand.
- A background in finance, business, economics, or investing is an asset, but not required.

3. Creativity & a Great Sense of Humor

- You enjoy comedy and understand how humor can make content more engaging.
- You have strong writing, storytelling, and creative brainstorming skills.




- You're comfortable bringing new ideas and perspectives to the table.

Additional Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with social media publishing, analytics, and creative tools.
- Previous experience with content creation, social media management, or digital marketing is an asset.

Opportunity for Growth

This position will initially be part-time, but we're building the channel with long-term ambitions.

As we expand from short-form financial content into podcasts, interviews, and original programming, there is significant potential for this position to evolve into a full time role, depending on the channel's growth and business needs.
