Our client, an expanding multidisciplinary clinic located in Ville Saint-Laurent, is looking for a Psychologist or Psychotherapist to join its growing team.

Part-time (In-person or virtual). Permanent position.

Compensation : 70% of generated revenue goes to the professional, while 30% goes to the clinic.

Responsibilities

Psychologist

- Assess clients' psychological, emotional and behavioural functioning.
- Conduct psychological assessments and provide diagnostic impressions within the scope of practice.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual therapy and group therapy, depending on expertise.
- Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship difficulties.
- Prepare assessment reports, clinical notes and professional recommendations.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical discussions.

Psychotherapist





- Assess clients' needs and establish therapeutic goals.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy, depending on expertise.
- Help clients better understand their emotions, thoughts and behaviours.
- Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship difficulties.
- Apply therapeutic approaches aligned with qualified training and expertise.
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Collaborate with other professionals and participate in clinical discussions.

Qualifications

- Be a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec or hold the required permit to practise psychotherapy.
- Ability to adapt interventions to each client's needs.
- Fluency in both French and English.
