Job Description
We are hiring a detail-oriented Cycle Count Associate to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in inventory management, stock counting, and cycle counting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Verify stock quantities and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies.
- Reconcile physical stock with system inventory records.
- Update inventory information in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Assist with periodic inventory audits and stock verification.
- Maintain proper inventory documentation and reporting.
- Follow warehouse procedures and inventory control guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory control or cycle counting.
- Hands-on experience with stock counting and inventory verification.
- Basic computer skills and inventory record management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Food industry experience is an asset.
