Job Summary

Join a new pharmacy partnership as a Pharmacist, supporting safe, responsive patient care through medication-related services and collaboration with the care team. Duties

- Review medication information and support appropriate medication administration in coordination with the care team.
- Provide patient care by communicating clearly, using medical terminology accurately, and responding thoughtfully to individual needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support continuity of care, including for pediatric patients and people receiving acute care.
- Apply sound pharmacy practice to help maintain protected, organized, and patient-focused services.

Requirements

Required:



Practical patient-care capabilities, accurate use of medical terminology, and the ability to support safe medication administration and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. Preferred: Hospital experience and acute care experience, along with familiarity caring for pediatric patients, are valuable strengths for contributing to a broad range of pharmacy needs. Pay: $55.00-$70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
