About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Store Associate to join our team. If you enjoy working with families, love a clean and organized store environment, and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Provide warm, helpful customer service to families and shoppers
- Assist with sales, product recommendations, and in-store experiences
- Restock shelves, manage inventory, and maintain a tidy store environment
- Operate POS system accurately and efficiently
- Support store opening/closing duties during evening shifts
- Help with light merchandising, displays, and store events
Requirements
- Must be able to work evening/late shifts (as scheduled)
- English proficiency required
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
- Retail experience is a bonus but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
