This full time permanent role suits an experienced Superintendent overseeing projects valued above $150 million. You will develop project plans, guide field teams, and maintain safety, quality, budget, schedule, and scope performance. Strong knowledge of construction disciplines, scheduling, cost control, and design documentation supports the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct major Data Centre project field operations
- Develop and execute project plans and schedules
- Oversee safety, quality, environmental, and logistical functions
- Support constructability, budgeting, forecasting, and dispute resolution




- Review schedules and resolve field issues with project teams

Requirements:

- Fifteen to twenty years of construction experience
- Advanced knowledge of construction disciplines and safety regulations
- Experience with scheduling, cost control, and quality control
- Strong ability to read design documentation
- Construction related degree considered an asset
