Key Responsibilities:
- Own paid media for a book of client accounts
- Make budget allocation and bidding decisions
- Develop targeting and oversee creative testing
- Track conversions using GA4, tag manager, and pixels
- Shape quarterly roadmaps and explain performance narratives
Requirements:
- Three or more years managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns
- Evidence of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline performance
- Experience serving multiple clients in an agency
- Transparent spoken English for US client conversations
