At the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre, the Clinical Trial Project Manager oversees operational study management under the Principal Investigator. Responsibilities span start-up, site management, monitoring, recruitment, safety, data systems, logistics, and close-out. The role coordinates Sponsors, investigators, CRAs, study teams, laboratories, and other partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage clinical trial start-up, site activation, and regulatory submissions
- Oversee recruitment, site operations, logistics, and study timelines
- Coordinate monitoring, risk reviews, findings, and corrective actions




- Maintain study systems, data quality, biospecimens, and pharmacy oversight
- Manage governance meetings, budgets, documentation, and study close-out

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in sciences or related field
- Two years of multicentre study management experience
- Knowledge of French and advanced English communication skills
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP clinical research laws and regulations
- Experience with Health Canada regulated trials and EDC systems
