We are hiring experienced civil labourers who can work safely, move fast and handle production pressure.
If you need constant supervision or have only done residential renovations, this is not the position for you.
What This Job Involves
- Working daily around excavators, loaders, trench boxes, and live utility installs
- Shoveling, raking, trenching, grade prep, pipe assist
- Working in mud, rain, cold, and long days when required
- Maintaining site cleanliness and production flow
- Assisting operators efficiently without slowing down operations
- Handling hand tools and small equipment confidently
- Following safety protocols without being reminded
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years commercial construction experience
- Proven experience on active earthworks or underground utility sites
- Robust awareness working around heavy equipment
- Physically capable of sustained manual labour
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Punctual. Reliable. Accountable.
