Job Overview

The CAREGIVER (TAGALOG SPEAKER) provides respectful, person-centered support to older adults and individuals with varying care needs. The role may take place in a home or residential care setting and includes helping people maintain comfort, dignity, and daily routines. Tagalog communication supports understanding and connection with individuals and families.

Responsibilities

- Assist with patient care, personal routines, mobility, and safe heavy lifting within the person’s care plan.
- Prepare meals, support medication administration as directed, and maintain clean, comfortable living spaces.
- Provide attentive senior care, including dementia care and hospice support, while adapting assistance for individuals with disabilities.

Experience

Required: Practical caregiving skills,



clear communication in Tagalog, patience, and the ability to assist with daily care, meal preparation, cleaning, and mobility needs. Preferred: Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, home care, senior care, hospice care, dementia care, nursing, patient care, or supporting individuals with disabilities; familiarity with medication administration is also valued.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
