The Front of House/Bar Manager is responsible for the operation of the dining room/sports bar in regards to attending to GUESTS needs, the staffing and ongoing training, supervision and development of Front of House staff.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

o Ensure that there is adequate coverage at all times in the dining room/sports bar and will further ensure that all service procedures are followed in accordance with Boston Pizza specifications.

o The cleanliness of the Front of House will be a top priority and he/she will ensure that all checklist and cleaning schedules are followed.

o Ensure that all service staff are properly trained and will continually strive to upgrade the quality of service in the restaurant.

o Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.

o Conduct orientation and oversee the training of new employees.

o Develop employees by providing on-going feedback, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews.

- Conduct/Input and Analyze weekly bar inventory





Guest service

o Ensure positive guest service in all areas.

o Manage shifts which include: daily decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards

In House Promotions/Special Events

o The Front of House/Bar Manager will work closely with Management in planning in house promotions and special events carried on in the restaurant and sports bar. They will also be responsible for management of Social Media Accounts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
