Naturopathic Doctor (ND)

Location: Burlington, Ontario
Clinic: La Mar Wellness
Employment Type: Independent Contractor | Full- or Part-Time

About La Mar Wellness
La Mar Wellness is a Burlington-based sanctuary for body, lymph, and soul — founded and operated by Marisa Mohammed, RMT. Our clinic was built by a practitioner, for practitioners, with every detail designed to support focus, regulation, and results.

We specialize in evidence-based care that honours the connection between physical health and the nervous system. Our team of RMTs, energy practitioners, and holistic specialists share a unified mission: to deliver care that restores balance, function, and ease within a luxury, client-centered environment.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) who is grounded, clinically skilled, and passionate about working collaboratively within an integrative wellness setting. This role is ideal for a practitioner who understands the importance of nervous system health and wants to work in a space that balances science, empathy, and design.

As part of our collective, you’ll also have access to Featherlight Studio — our education and community branch — where practitioners host workshops, small group sessions, and teaching events that extend care beyond the treatment room.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

- Are a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO)
- Have a strong interest in women’s wellness, digestive health,

and stress regulation within your professional scope
- Value collaboration with other modalities (RMTs, lymphatic therapists, energy healers, and movement educators)
- Appreciate environments that are both aesthetically refined and emotionally grounded
- Bring clear communication, skilled ethics, and a calm, client-centered approach to your practice

What We Offer

- A beautiful, RMT-founded space designed to support both practitioner and client well-being
- Access to Featherlight Studio — a serene, multi-use space for teaching, community events, or client workshops
- Established client base and collaborative referral network within the La Mar team
- Administrative and marketing support to help you grow your practice
- Transparent, fair split structure and flexible scheduling
- A practitioner-first environment rooted in respect, collaboration, and long-term growth

Our Clients
Our clients are intentional, wellness-focused individuals seeking high-quality care and meaningful results. They value practitioners who bring a clinical lens, emotional intelligence, and steady professionalism to each interaction.
