Job Summary

As a Server, you’ll provide attentive guest service in a restaurant setting, take orders, serve food and beverages, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. You’ll coordinate with colleagues to support smooth service and a positive guest experience.

Duties

- Welcome guests, answer menu questions, take accurate orders, and enter them into the POS or Micros POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, check guest satisfaction, and use thoughtful upselling when appropriate.
- Process payments using basic math and cash-handling skills; communicate order updates with kitchen colleagues.
- Follow food handling, food safety, sanitation, and food preparation procedures while keeping service areas clean.

Qualifications

Required: Robust customer service, time management, basic math,



and clear communication skills to manage orders, payments, and guest needs during service. Preferred: Food service, serving, restaurant, hospitality, or guest services experience; familiarity with POS or Micros POS, cashiering, cash handling, food industry practices, kitchen operations, food preparation, and sanitation is an advantage. Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 40.0 per week
